Returns Policy

Read our returns policy for details on refunds, exchanges, and custom items. We’re here to help if something’s not quite right with your order.

About our products 

We are a non-profit, neurodivergent-led community organisation. Many of our items are handmade,

one-of-a-kind, or made from upcycled/donated materials. We take great care in describing each product

accurately and checking quality before dispatch.

Returns eligibility 

You may request a return if:

- Your item arrives damaged or faulty

- You receive the wrong item

- You are not satisfied and contact us within 14 days of delivery (for eligible items)

Items ineligible for return 

Were unable to accept returns on:

- Custom or personalised orders

- Digital downloads

- Used items (unless faulty)

- Items sold as part of a clearance or fundraiser

- Craft kits that have been opened or partially used

How to request a return

Please email us at craftersdropin@gmail.com with:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the issue

- Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Well respond within 3 working days and let you know the next steps.

Refunds

If a return is accepted:

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method- Return shipping is the buyers responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

- Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item in original condition

Please allow 510 working days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges 

In most cases, we cannot offer direct exchanges due to the handmade or limited nature of our items.

However, were happy to help you find a suitable alternative if available.
